Bookings & Cancellations

BOOKING POLICY

To ensure you secure your spot, bookings are essential for all classes at Hi Pilates. You can easily make bookings through our online system or the Hi Pilates app, available on the App Store for your device. While you’re welcome to drop by and check availability, we cannot guarantee a spot without a confirmed booking.

  • Bookings open 40 days in advance.
  • Client responsibility: Please note, bookings must be made personally. We do not process bookings via email, phone, or social media.

CLASS ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

  • We encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and greet your instructor.
  • We have a strict 10-minute cut-off time for entry. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after class starts, unfortunately, you will not be allowed entry.

DRESS CODE & EQUIPMENT

  • Socks are compulsory for reformer classes. You can bring your own or purchase grip socks in the studio.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure all clients have the best opportunity to attend class, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policies:

GROUP CLASSES

  • Early cancellation: Please cancel up to 10 hours before the class starts to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 10 hours of the class will be considered late cancellations.
  • Late cancellation/no-show: If you do not show up or cancel within the required time, your pass will be forfeited for the class.
  • Booking & cancellations: All bookings and cancellations must be made through the Hi Pilates app or our website. We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media.

Please try to cancel early to give someone else the chance to attend. We want to ensure no one misses out!

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

  • Cancellation notice: Please cancel up to 12 hours before the class starts to avoid any charges. Any cancellations made after this time will result in the full session pass being forfeited.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Cancellation notice: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations will result in a forfeit of the full session pass.

SAUNA SESSIONS

  • Cancellation notice: Sauna sessions must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the booked time. If cancelled within 12 hours, your booking fee or pass will be forfeited.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

Occasionally, we may need to change the instructor for a class due to unforeseen circumstances like illness or emergency leave. While we aim to maintain consistency, we reserve the right to make such changes without notice. If a class style is altered or cancelled, we will notify clients promptly via SMS, Ins Story or email.

WAITLIST POLICY

We understand how important it is to not miss out, which is why we offer a waitlist feature for our classes!

HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS

  • Waitlist Movement:Don’t hesitate to add yourself to the waitlist—spots often open up! If a spot becomes available more than 10 hours before class, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class.
  • Less than 10 hours before class: If a spot opens up, our system will send an SMS notification to everyone on the waitlist. The first person to respond will be moved into the class roster automatically.
  • 15-minute cut-off: The waitlist function will be locked 15 minutes before class starts, and you will no longer be automatically added to the roster.

IF YOU ARE MOVED FROM THE WAITLIST

  • If you are moved into a class and can no longer attend, our late cancellation policy will apply.
  • If you are unable to attend, please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlistto open the spot for others.
  • 15-minute cut-off: The waitlist function will be locked 15 minutes before class starts, and you will no longer be automatically added to the roster.

VALID PASS/MEMBERSHIP

  • You must have a valid pass or membership to be moved into a class from the waitlist.
