A workout towel and water.
Appropriate clothing is essential. We recommend gym tights, leggings, or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top. No shoes are to be worn during the class. You may wear grip socks to ensure you don’t slip when you start to get a little sweaty.
Don’t worry. First timers are very welcome at Hi Pilates. With a maximum of 10 clients, our experienced and friendly trainers can modify exercised to suit differing abilities and guide you through the equipment, exercised and proper technique every step of the way.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class and let your trainer know that it is your first class. That way you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the studio, meet your trainer and have a quick run-down on the reformer.
The Introductory offer of 5 sessions for $50 to use within 2 weeks is only available to new clients of Hi Pilates. You can only use the Introductory offer once per person and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. You have a 2 week period to use your 5 sessions and any unused sessions will expire.
Classes need a minimum of 2 clients to proceed. Classes will be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start time of the class if there are less than 2 people booked in.
With a maximum of 10 clients per classes, our classes can get booked out. We recommend adding your self to the wait list. Once you added yourself to a wait list, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your request. When a place becomes available in the class you will be notified via SMS or email.
To ensure fairness for all clients and to allow those on the wait list an opportunity to attend a class, once notified, you will have 2 hours to reply using the link supplied in the SMS or email.
If you do not respond within the 2-hour window, or decline your place, you will be removed from the wait list and the place will be offered to the next client on the wait list. If you confirm your place, you’ll receive another notification confirming your place.
In order to minimise disruption during classes held at our studios, we recommend that you aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time of a Class. Once the class has started, your reformer may be given to someone on the waitlist. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your class then you may not be able to join, and your instructor may turn you away from the class.
To cancel a booking, you are required to provide advance notice based on the type of class you've booked:
• For group classes, please notify us at least 10 hours before the class start time.
• For small group classes, we require 12 hours' notice prior to the class start time.
• For private classes, kindly inform us at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made with less than the specified notice period will result in the full cost of the booked class being charged to your account.You can conveniently cancel class bookings online by accessing your account and selecting the option to unreserve the class you wish to cancel.In the event that you are aware of your inability to attend a class for which you have made a booking within the 10-hour cancellation window, we strongly recommend promptly canceling your reservation. Please note that failure to cancel or reschedule your class outside of the relevant cancellation period, or being a no-show/absent from your class, will incur a $10 No-Show Fee.
Unfortunately, You can not. Hi Pilates is not a space to bring your baby or child as we do not provide child care services. Your time at Hi Pilates is all about you. We encourage you to enjoy time to focus on your physical and mental wellbeing without any distractions.
Yes. You must be over the age of 16 years old to attend a Hi Pilates class.
