A workout towel and water.
Appropriate clothing is essential. We recommend gym tights, leggings, or shorts paired with a t-shirt or singlet top. Shoes are not to be worn during class, and grip socks are mandatory to ensure safety and prevent slipping as you start to sweat.
No worries! First-timers are always welcome at Hi Pilates. Our experienced and friendly trainers will guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper techniques, adjusting movements to suit all abilities and ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class and let your trainer know that it is your first class. That way you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the studio, meet your trainer and have a quick run-down on the reformer.
The Introductory offer of 5 sessions for $50 to use within 2 weeks is only available to new clients of Hi Pilates. You can only use the Introductory offer once per person and this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. You have a 2 week period to use your 5 sessions and any unused sessions will expire.
Classes need a minimum of 2 clients to proceed. Classes will be cancelled up to 2 hours before the start time of the class if there are less than 2 people booked in.
With a maximum of 10 clients per classes, our classes can get booked out. We recommend adding your self to the wait list. Once you added yourself to a wait list, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your request. When a place becomes available in the class you will be notified via SMS or email.
To ensure fairness for all clients and to allow those on the wait list an opportunity to attend a class, once notified, you will have 2 hours to reply using the link supplied in the SMS or email.
If you do not respond within the 2-hour window, or decline your place, you will be removed from the wait list and the place will be offered to the next client on the wait list. If you confirm your place, you’ll receive another notification confirming your place.
In order to minimise disruption during classes held at our studios, we recommend that you aim to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time of a Class. Once the class has started, your reformer may be given to someone on the waitlist. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your class then you may not be able to join, and your instructor may turn you away from the class.
To cancel a booking, please provide advance notice based on the type of class you've booked:
• Group classes: At least 10 hours before the class start time.
• Small group classes: At least 12 hours before the class start time.
• Private classes: At least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
Cancellations made with less notice will result in the full cost of the class being charged to your account. You can easily cancel your booking online by accessing your account and selecting the option to unreserve the class.
If you know you won’t be able to attend a class, we strongly recommend canceling as soon as possible to allow others to take your spot.
