By booking or attending any class, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will apply from the time they are published on our website.
We reserve the right to classify any product at our sole discretion.
Each Operating Entity is solely responsible for:

No other Hi Pilates entity is liable for another studio’s actions.
You must ensure you are medically fit to participate.
You must inform instructors of:
Participation is at your own risk.
Bookings must be made via approved platforms (website or app).
Spots are limited and not guaranteed without booking.
You acknowledge and agree that these fees represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss (liquidated damages) including but not limited to loss of class capacity, instructor costs, and administrative expenses, and are not a penalty.

These policies form part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time.
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist.
Once you are added from the waitlist, this constitutes a confirmed booking and all cancellation policies apply.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your booking and waitlist status at all times.
The waitlist closes 15 minutes prior to class.
All classes must be prepaid.
Each product is subject to:

All class packs have a strict expiry date.
All classes must be used within the stated validity period.
Unused classes will be forfeited.
No extensions, credits or compensation will be provided on the basis that you did not receive an expiry reminder or notification.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Certain memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period, as stated at the time of purchase.
You agree to complete the minimum term.
If cancelled early:
👉 an early termination fee may apply, as disclosed at purchase.
All membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the relevant studio’s designated email address.
Verbal requests, social media messages, app deletion, or failure to attend classes do not constitute a valid cancellation.
A cancellation will only be effective once a confirmation receipt has been issued by the relevant studio.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received and acknowledged.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.
Requests for exceptions (including illness, injury, pregnancy or personal circumstances) may be considered at our sole discretion.
Where granted:
👉 an administration fee of $100 may apply
Such arrangements:
Classes may be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.
A credit or rebooking will be provided.
Schedules, instructors and classes may change.
Where a class is cancelled:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may refuse entry or remove any person.
Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Clients must:
Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry.
No refund, credit or transfer will be provided in such cases.
Exercise involves inherent risks.
You participate at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for injury is limited in connection with recreational services.
You must inform your instructor if pregnant.
Participation is at your own risk.
You must ensure sufficient funds.
If payment fails:
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach.
We are not responsible for personal belongings.
Promotions are subject to separate terms.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
